Step 3 - Choose the level of Listing
Return to the My Control Panel page, there you will see that there are 2 choices of listings. Premium and Featured.
Premium - 30€ - Unlimited description of the property.(Fair Use applies)
- Upto 12 photographs of the property.
- Enquiries are routed straight to your inbox.
- You will appear on the New Properties List until such time as subsequent newer properties push your property of the New Listing.
- You will appear on the Random Property Listing on the right hand side of the Home page.
- Submission to important feed sites such as Google Base, Vast.com and others.
- Google Map to pinpoint your location to potential renters.
Featured - 40€- All the properties of a Premium listing, plus...
- Featured in the Multiple Featured AI Property Listings on a Random rotation basis.
- You will appear on the Featured Properties List.
- Your property appears before Premium listings on search results
